The two bedrooms start at $8000 in this building. They said the two bedrooms with small balcony will go for several thousand more. Ha. If the Harrison cannot rent out brand new two bedrooms for net effective $6600 WITH two memberships to the new Equinox Gym in the building, what chance does this building have at these prices. Crazy. I am willing to bet they lower rents within two weeks. Any bettors out there?
