Two bedrooms start at $8000. They said though they are not yet priced, the 2 beds with balconies will go for a few thousand more. What chance do they have at this price point if the Harrison cannot rent out net effective 2 beds at $6600 WHICH INCLUDES gym membership for two in the brand new Equinox Gym in the building. I bet that they lower prices within two weeks. Any bettors out there?
