I've been trying to get lending approval on a 775 sq' 2 bed/1bath floor-thru brownstone apartment in Carroll Gardens. The sellers and I have navigated most of the requirements but now have to find some 3 unit comps - quite rare. BofA has been great but 3 comps are required and absolutely critical for a waiver from FNMA. Has anyone seen/bought something similar in Brownstone Brooklyn? Greatly appreciate any leads.
