From buyer's side: one broker, several or none?

I wonder what is best: to have one, several or no broker to help me in my search for an unit in the UES, while I am still searching. What are they the advantages of having one or several "searchers" on my side if I already know well what and where I want to buy and the inventory is the same I have access to throughout Streeteasy? Should I have one, several on no broker? Opinions are welcome...thanks!
