Apartment sits on the market for several monhts. 1st floor, dark, awkwardly laid out. What to do? Increase the price by $250,000. Lol.

Plus worth is a disgusting street with lots of traffic. I wouldn't pay more than $750K to live there.

Why buy at 7 worth when you can buy at the Setai for $800 psft......and it's got a pepper bar.
