Discussion about 375 Riverside Drive in Upper West Side
Hi, I know someone that is interested in purchasing in this particular building. Does anyone know if this is a difficult board or if they are flexible about parents buying with/for a professional working married couple or maybe even gifting the money to purchase. Or are trusts allowed to purchase? thanks for any insight in advance.
