sounds more like acid than pot
Just to defend the seller:
* They bought at a relatively low price at the very height of the fear.
* I guess they renovated the unit.
Will they be able to justify a $260K increase? Unclear. But it is not unlikely to get a small profit.
Tossin' and turnin'...
Doesn't seem that outrageous to me--have seen other things on here that make a lot less sense. If they renovated and its a great apt, no reason not to get close to what they are asking. Prices are trending up as crazy as that seems
