Discussion about The Lion's Head Condominium at 121 West 19th Street in Chelsea
Does anyone know about this building? It looks like the original closings in 2006 were "sane" prices, but the re-sales only 2 years later approach DOUBLE the original sales prices. What am I missing? Curious because I've heard this building is comparable to the Chelsea Mercantile as far as units go...
