New retail tenant at 72 and Bdwy?

Does anyone know what is going into the new building's retail space on the corner of 72nd where Amsterdam and Bdwy cross? A couple of years ago there rumors of a Trader Joes going in there, but I heard that deal fell through. Does anyone know who leased the space? TIA

and trader joe's removed it from their site as well...

Bank of America is going into the big ground-floor space, or so the signs say.

Can't tell what'll be upstairs and downstairs. The one that goes two levels down has shopping-cart escalators, so might be the space Trader Joe's is or was going to take.
