I'm moving into a new apartment and want to have it painted and hardwood floors refinished before I move in. Prewar apartment, 600 sq ft, 14 ft ceilings; walls (currently white) and floors (minor scratches) are in good condition. Any estimates as to how much this should cost? Any recommendations for contractors - painters, floor companies, handymen? Thanks.

Yes, nyMasterpiece does great work and quite competitive.
