This Landlord won't rent direct. The reason many won't is because they do not want to be hassled day and night with questions or concerns from those who may or may not eventually rent an apartment in one of their buildings. Difficult to weed out the shoppers from those who are really serious about a property. In other words it can be a lot of wasted time and energy. The truth is for many buildings it's less time cosuming for all involved to simply work with a broker. Good or bad? I don't really know.

Does anyone have an opinion on this building? Is the Super attentive? How are the rents realtive to the rest of the neighborhood? Any color is greatly appreciated.
