Which is the best luxury doorman building in downtown Manhattan? I'm looking to rent a studio in a condo or rental building with top-notch Four Seasons level service. Which are the top property management companies that cater to such high level of expectations? My friends living at Riverhouse, the Visionaire, and the Solaire (Albanese Organization) give their buildings top marks. Unfortunately, my monthly budget is only $2700. (If I could find something at $2000, great, but doubt I'll be able to find real luxury at that price.) I would like to avoid the buildings populated with kids who treat it like a dorm and party at all hours (2 Gold, 90 Washington, most of the Wall Street buildings). Not familiar with Brooklyn, but if such a building exists there, would love to know more about it too. Thanks in advance. [less]
If you can rent there for $2700, it won't be the best.
So are you asking "what the best service I can get in a $2700 apartment"?
try Caledonia in West Chelsea. Or try Truffles Tribeca.
Chelsea Landmark, but $2700 won't get you in... maybe $3500.
Four Seasons level service for $2700 - two words, good and luck. Not happening - lower expectations or raise budget.
I hear the Setai is the bees knees.
$2500

Does Four Seasons lux imply tiki bar?
Brazilian cherry?
Parking for your PT Cruiser?
