Any thoughts on this management company? Anybody live in one of thier buildings? I know that they are "no fee" but was wondering about the actual buildings.

they manage 333 e 49th street-- i lived there for years and it was great-- super (and the entire staff for that matter) are on the ball, the apts are big and well laid out, and they were very fair regarding any dealings i had with them.

also try Broadwall..they have big apts and going directly to mgmt bypasses need for broker. You can try to negotiate with these guys too, if units are not moving. That plus savings on brokers fee can easily equal a few hundred bucks a month in savings
