Discussion about
(Discussing listing at 147 Front Street) guaranteed not one apartment closed. The Developers Group cant stop lying. They took deposits from people almost two years ago and their attorney wont return them to people> THIS IS ONE BIG SCAM

I want to start a lawsuit against THE DEVELOPERS GROUP, LEVIEV/BOYMELGREEN, 84 FRONT STREET, LLC., and all the parties at the NEXUS. The attorney general must realize that people cant and wont wait almost two years to close at the NEXUS. The only NEXUS here is between FRAUD and THEIVERY. THERE LOOKING TO KEEP MILLIONS in deposits and never close.

prove one apartment at the nexus closed. lets see written records, parties, closing dates they cant prove anything at the nexus>

The three "closed" apartments were undoubtedly pulled from the market, not "closed" as in a "closing".
