Coop/ Condo friendly for artists

Hi Brokers out there! I'm not looking to move right now BUT. Pretty ready to start looking. I am a 42 years old photographer with a home based business, right now in the Chelsea Mercantile,Using the big living room as the photo studio and the back room-home office as /dressing room for models/ Bedroom (have a murphy bed). My goal is to find a live work space in a building where i'm going to be with similar minded people/artists- Getting very tired to surround myself with investment banker types with children in strollers and dogs. Always wondered if i cold find a building where most residents are artists. You guys have a lot of experience wondering if one of you knows about a building like that! Thanks everyone
