Discussion about
I'm going to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden and would like a nice brunch restaurant recommendation in Park Slope - probably near Grand Army Plaza. Can anyone help me? Many thanks.
Bump
its a little bit of a hike but worth it... how about Tom's?

If you're up for a little bit of a hike in a slightly different direction, you could try Stone Park Cafe on Fifth Avenue -- always a good brunch there.
Rose Water on Union St. is another good possibility and a closer to GAP.
Miette,
Those both look like excellent choices. Thanks. Stone Park looks like it's the more upscale choice but I prefer the location of Rose Water as I used to live on St. John's Place many years ago and would love to walk by my old brownstone apartment. Nice memories!
Thanks, somewhereelse, as well. Interesting but probably a little too quirky for what I have in mind!
And closed on Sunday, btw (Tom's).

Tom's is very close to the Botanic Gardens, and has been open on Sundays for a while now.
