I'm planing to sign a contract - a new unfinished condo development called the Waterfalls on Ocean in Brooklyn. The developer/managing agent is listed as Abe Betesh of ABECO. I googled him and have become very worried about what I read. Does anyone have any experience/dealings with him or his business?

I,ve taken the plunge and signed a contract. The price is reasonable if all goes as promised....finished and on time. Is there anyone out there interested in this development? Street easy shows several 1bdr.(exceptional deal) in contract. I opted for a smaller 2/2. Any feedback?
