Thinking of bidding on an apartment in this development at 115 and Frederick Douglas. Anybody have any info on the place?

Interior space and layout is great. Been living in a post war brick box on 103 for 11 years, so exteriors don't really concern me

the bedrooms are small and i think it's overpriced. if you wait, bet you'll see the prices drop.
