Nevada Towers at 2025 Broadway

Hi Everyone, Does anyone know anything about the Nevada Towers at 2025 Broadway? I am thinking about buying an apartment there (1 bedroom) and the maintenance fees are very high. If anyone can provide any feedback about the building it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Not familiar with bldg., but the maintenance fees seem extremely high - $3 per square foot. But, it looks like the prices are a lot lower because of it. Personally, I think $3 is way too high and shows that something is likely going on with the bldg. (i.e., high mortgage).
