Nice building, good location and finishes but high CC. I decided to pass.

The high CC kept me a way as well, but the $/sq ft was very attractive.

Is this building even ready yet? I heard there were massive delays

Almost all the tenants have moved in. The lobby and some of the common areas are still being completed.

I meant "owners" not "tenants"

Any thoughts on the bldg? I liked the amenities, apt layouts and higher end stuff. What do you guys think of the listing price for 2 and 3 bedrooms? It seems high to me given the relatively high maintenance?

I have lived in this building for 4.5 years now and my husband and I really like it. We have no complaints. It's a nice, small building--we don't hear any noise from upstairs or our neighbors. It has great finishes in the apartment. The CC are a bit on the higher side, but we find it balances out with the good price of the apartments. We started looking at bigger apartments outside the building and think we will end up buying a larger apt in 59 John since we find the other buildings too big or with many complaints. The doorman are all very helpful as is the super. Good luck!
