I used to live in this Apt building. Two apartments per floor, great space, NEW everything. It had such a vibrant city feel, with awe inspiring views of the Empire State Building. The neighborhood had everything you could think of within a 2 block radius. And a $7 cab ride could get you anywhere in the city. Really miss the city vibe there. The UWS just doesn't have that vitality (or the views!!) Anyone know of new developments in the area?
