I do not understand the common charges I bought one of this ant the common charges are 18,000 every year for the month timeshare

Probably a listing error. #915, with the same PCE, shows CCs of $1500.

The listing breaks it up to show what you would pay monthly, even though you only have fractional usage. This way it doesn't look to be so high.
