What are some types of fees that are typical (or atypical) and legal for coops to charge? For unit that are renting I have heard it possible for the board to charge a percentage of the rent as a fee, is that true. Can a fee be charged to pied a terre that was dishonest about living there full time? We are looking for ways to raise income without raising maintenance. Thanks, HB
