Discussion about The Paper Factory Condos at 52 West 22nd Street in Flatiron
The sponsors of the building are completely irresponsible and liars. This is the sort of building that should never sell in New York City. I have had a terrible experience. Everyone should stay away from buying the penthouse - buy ONLY from existing owners. The sponsors have a lien against them by the builders AND agents....

How do you know that the sponsor has a lien against him by the builder and agent. What kind of crap is that?

Penthouse is still unsold and got a pretty big price chop a few months ago. Anybody know anything about this building? Simon, if you are still around here, could you elaborate on what you meant about the sponsors having liens? Thanks!

Luckily the sponsors have sold all of their units. The Penthouse was sold and now all units are owned by single families! Lovely building
