I agree with comment #1. Anyone thinking about buying a condo at 45 John better think long and hard about dealing with Jim Brawders of Corcoran - he's left all of the purchasers at Tribeca Space in a real jam (closings have been delayed almost a year and there's no end in site - and none of it has to do with construction delays). Now he's skipped away from Tribeca Space to sell 45 John.

I suggest anyone even thinking about buying a condo in 45 John look at the following blog: http://tribecaspace25murray.blogspot.com. Tribeca Space has turned into a true New York nightmare - and, in my opinion, Jim Brawders (the Corcoran agent in charge of selling both Tribeca Space and 45 John) is in large part responsible for the nightmare.
