People who make that much money can afford to own a second home in income-tax-free Florida which they claim is their primary residence.

In fact, with condos in Florida selling for one-tenth the price of a similar-sized condo in Manhattan, why the hell doesn't everyone move there?

They'd have to spend there more than half the year which is difficult if their kids are in school here.
