Striver's gardens

I remember considering Strivers Gardens vs Lenox Gardens maybe 6 years ago.
Real newbie then [as opposed to 'just' a newbie, now!]
. . . . didnt take note of one major difference--Strivers--Condo; Lenox--Co-op!

anyrate, I remember the initial prices were about 225K or so . . . .
was stunned when I saw a recent post listing in SE for a Unit there at 525K!
dont know if it sold or not, or at what final price, but it was a jawdropper that that was a listing price just 5 years later!

I guess honestly I was a lil ticked at myself that I wasnt the one snagging a potential 250-300K profit in 5 years!

Note: with this or any neighborhood, walk around at different times and different days an just ask folks stuff, an check how you feel about an area.
You pick up all kinds of cues . . . .

There are income restrictions and its not yet part of the FDB gateway area, but I think there is some upside, Any thoughts?
