Hi - we are thinking of making an offer on the apt. Does anyone know anything about this building? It is next to the High School of Humanities. Does anyone know anything abou this school? Thank you so much!!

The 300 block of West 19th is a beautiful block -- mostly Greek revival townhomes with a few funky (good) modern buildings. The 400 block, not so much (projects), but that hasn't stopped the developers.

do you have a bank that will lend to a condo with so few units? i have friends who tried without success to get a bank to sign on for financing in such a small building
