Which banks are currently offering good rates? And does anyone have Sunny Wong's (sp?) email?

I got a good rate from Chase (same lender as our previous mtge). I find that lenders will match the best rate that you find, so it's more a question of whom you feel more comfortable with.

If you "search discussions" you might find a couple of recent posts on Jumbos... I remember seeing one a week or so ago...
