Discussion about Dwyer Condominium at 258 Saint Nicholas Avenue in South Harlem

Has anyone bought a space in the Dwyer (123 and ST Nick)? I was there today to look at a space and I was surprised that the construction was not further along. What information are people getting about the move in date?

have you purchased a unit there already? they originally said they would be completed beginning of 07.

No. I looked at one today and am thinking about buying it but I see so many posts on this website regarding construction delays that I am a bit nervous about it.

More related news at the posting, "Contract cancellation options" on streeteasy.
Judging by what everyone is saying, looks like they will still have more delays on those units.

I've also heard of the many construction delays at the Dwyer...too many issues there which may lead to many other types of issues. Check out 50 West 127th Street and/or the Rhapsody...two beautiful developments that aren't cookie cutter structures like the Dwyer, Soha 118, etc. Good Luck!
