You wont have to agonize on Streeteasy anymore about where to live, someone else has done all the exploring for you and found you the deal of the new century. You know you can't afford that 50 million dollar penthouse at the Plaza or the Pierre, so stop kidding yourselves and grab that studio today. And sshhhhhhhh..... don't tell too many people. We dont want a stampeding horde of stuck up low paid urban professionals (who suck at their jobs because they are fantasizing at what new eatery/dump restaurant they are going to eat at tonight) turned billionaire posers rushing the Yonkers waterfront and paying 10 times more money so they can brag to their friends about what kind of idiots they are and the great place they found. Don't email your friend, who has a friend who has another friend that may know a real estate writer at the New York Times just yet. The person paying 3000 a month (3/4 of his income) in the studio next door may be hit with common sense at the same you are if they read about in the paper. [less]
Maybe this guy at Bear Sterns will join you:

Did You Get Kicked Off Of Craig's Lists "Rants & Raves"?
No place to go?
Posting in your undies, while your Mum has bridge club?
Yawn.
A little anxious you might have to go look for a real job when this market is no longer what it use to be brokerbabe?
Hmmm, do they have cheaper futon stores in Yonkers, too?
There most be some young and old wall streeters who dont pay attention to their fico scores and have them slip into subprime territory. Since they can't get a mortgage, they now have an all cash option in the studio.
Yeah, when they cant make the yacht payment anymore they still have a place on the waterfront to float their rubber dinghy.
Yachts, dingys? I didnt see anywhere in the description where is said it has a boat tie up. Lemme see, balcony, elevator, laundry room, pool, nope no dock or anykind of boat tie up.
I think #8 was thinking of the inflatable storable kind of dinghy you can put in your closet. No powerboat, just paddle your way down the Hudson river and rebuild those muscles that atrophied from years of the doorman carrying your luggage.
