Can anyone estimate the cost of removing a mirror from a 9 ft wall? There are two - one regular wall, and one closet. Thanks!

I'd also love to know the answer to this. Additionally, how involved is it to restore the wall below to pristine condition?

On a different renovation topic, when buying a carpeted apartment, does a buyer just need to gamble that the flooring beneath the carpet will be in OK condition?
