closing costs on condo.

i'm a real estate noob and wanted to know what are ALL the closing costs associated with buying a condo (i.e. lawyer fees, broker commission, taxes, etc.). just looking to get an exact idea of how much i need on top of down payment at closing. let's say the condo costs $400k. any help would be greatly appreciated. much thanks!

This may help a little. I used this as a guide and it was pretty close, some fees are fill in what you know from offering plan. But mortgage costs, taxes, etc seem to calculate fine.

Around $400k assuming 80% financed, would wager it's around $17k
