listing dates

Are people finding that the lsited date of rentals on this site are just plain wrong? I'm searching with 7 day list date and seeing properties that have been on this site a lot longer than 7 days. Are the brokers scamming the feeds or is there something wrong with the search? Also while on the topic are people finding less new rentals being listed at the moment? Seemed like there were a lot of good ones a month ago when I decided to move and now it's time to find and sign a lease theres nothign but overpriced crap. hmmm I think I should have stayed on the UES.
