Just wondering if anyone has any scoop with the future of downtown brooklyn.... I know that Alantic yards is in the plans...What else!? I thought it would make sense to build a topic for this hood.

Clinton Hill and Fort Greene are nicer and more diverse neighborhoods. Downtown Brooklyn is full of
easily duplicable modern bozes, whose supply can be added to at any time. Clinton Hill and Fort
Freene are nostly brownstone neighborhoods whose supply cannot be meaningfully be added to.
