Belvedere XXVI and other Belvederes

Discussion about Belvedere XXVI at 135 North 9th Street in Williamsburg
Has anyone here bought or lived in this or any Belvedere building? ignoring ugly facades (you live IN the building) what is the word on these? Have their been any major problems? Are they well sound proofed? Any info would be great! I'm considering making an offer on a unit in a Belvedere and want to hear some thoughts. Thanks

Wondering if you bought the unit and how it turned out over the years?
Very curious about the quality of their construction.
