Discussion about
I am amaazed that there has not been a discussion in the three years as this has been on and off the market. The Streeteasy History alone could end up an HBO film. Aside from bad pricing/timing over the years, is there any other problem? Just wondering.

seems like a lesson in how not to sell an apartment
As the pictures clearly demonstrate, it has both a sink AND a window. Not too many of those sink-and-window apartments around.

Love it! Raised the price four days ago. Only twelve hunder plus days on the market. Why not?
doesn't need to sell.
Right, no rush to sell. The owners are a NJ couple who invest in troubled/foreclosed/seized/etc. property. This was one of their earlier efforts.
That explains it. They bought it for nothing and get 20K in rent per year. How does the agent get compensated after three years of no action?
agent deserves it if he/she showing an apt this poorly priced
1) troubled sale in nyc? No Fking way. Force field on.
2) like a tool selling an iPad1 on Craigslist for above retail on an ipad2..... Yes, retarded sellers all around, but let's not forget the nyc re buyers from 2001 to 2011, it's even funnier if they refied at 4.5yrs 30yrs fixed..... -itz america- free to lose money any way you want.
