Mysterious Fire at The Link

It seems like a HVAC spontanously exploded in someone's unit at the Link over this past hot weekend. Fortunately no one was home, but the apt is burned down to a crisp. The fire did not set off any alarms, but did set off another infamous FLOOD (number 9) throughout the building. People were trapped in the apts as the stairwells flooded up.It was like the Titanic. The notoriously corrupt board is busy covering up evidence, so a fire marshall report can't be written. They are making up rumors instead. Make sure you have a wetsuit and lots of buckets, if you dare to live there. Oh, and also good fire and flood insurance!

Yep more drama at the Link. On a Saturday night. this time a flood AND a fire. Everyone was trapped inside. NO alarms went off. The stairwells were like Niagara Falls, so no one could get out. Thank god the fire did not spread, but the apartment it started in was demolished. And no one knows how it really started. This is just so very sad. The Link is a beautiful building run by a bunch of incompetent uncaring egomaniacs. Tomatoe is correct. This was the 9th flood (in 3 years) in a brand new building. But the Board doesn't care. They just care about being on the board. I heard they didn't even contact the woman whose apartment burned. The Link needs a new board so that people are safe and their investments are protected.
