R u borkers secretly having open houses during the workweek at nite? Man at least it's a little cooler. Nice thinking! Stay minty guys! Your incomes will surely come back! It's only a few more open houses until September. Oh but wait, shouldn't all these sellers be waiting till then to sell, like all the others in the wings? Flmaozzzzz.

these are the last moments of 'THE DEAL', better get your azzz in gear. When September gets here and all those richy-riches are back from their boring summer out on the island or toasting at the Clinton Wedding they are going to get down to some serious RE buying...flmao!

Oh lovie...pass the NYT RE section...going to make a few quick purchases while Hobson squeezes me some fresh OJ (said in my best Thursten Howell III voice).

Falcogold : You do Thursten Howell very well. What was his wife's name? I'm trying to remember if he called her anything else. Always "Lovie", and the others called her Mrs. Howell.
