Conforming or non-conforming? I'm confused with the subject line. I would have to assume it is conforming (729,750 loan or less) because I don't think a jumbo 30 year at 4.5% is possible. Rates vary depending on your scenario. Rate quotes mean very little without a full loan application. But for a conforming 30 year fixed that's typically a good rate. sunny.hong@bankofamerica.com
