What are the common charges like in this development? What is the range for one bedrooms and two bedrooms?

$0.64 per sq ft is what I was told when I went to go look at the building recently. Because of the building layout, they have a lot of unique configurations for their 1 bedrooms. Some have alot of sq ft (up to 1200 sq ft). Their 2 bedrooms on the building corners seem to be much more consistent in layout. Overall, the monthly would range from ~$410 to ~$820 (~650 to ~1300 sq ft).
