Is reported inventory up vs. [what]?..is this some open-house surge [vs. what?] that suggest inventory is higher than reported?..both...

w67thstreet, last week you posted about the thousands of people who have touched your wife (that post seems to have been deleted though). But still, is that 1000, or 999,000 who have touched your wife?. You see the problem, there's a rather wide range we could be dealing with. How about this, just give us a hint, did more people touch your wife than the number of open houses? Also, all this touching, was it before you were married or ongoing? If ongoing, I guess we know why you posted that statement.
