I have seen it. Some nice things - good condition, high ceilings (more than other floors, because this was originally the "club floor"), nice details, original faucets, etc. (if you like that), quiet despite facing CPW (I was told original glass). Some minuses - below ground bedroom level (although bright because of the pit in front of the Dakota, air conditioner compressor outside the window of the second bedroom, closet in the master isn't that huge, small master bath. The maid's room is being rented and can really only serve as storage (it shares a bathroom with another maid's room with 2 stalls, 2 sinks, 2 showers).
