Clearly, you work for the owners/managers. This is clearly an overpriced building!! I called 2 different times (within a week) and got 2 different starting prices for 1-bedrooms. The first time they said there were incentives, but the second time, they said there were none. There are several threads on this board that describe the problems with management. In addition, The apartments are TINY. Amenities are nice to have, but what good is it if you overpay and hardly have any closets or space.

Didn't one of the owners default on another property in October?

overpriced for sure - tiny kitchens, small closets, not high end finishes. The overall Columbus Square complex is nice (shopping is good) but does not warrant the price tag... this is NOT high end living.

$10,000 to rent a Classic Six on Park Avenue is insane.

$10,000 to rent a 2-bedroom on Columbus is beyond stupid.

Classic 6 on Park Ave for only $120k / year is insanely great.
