rental approval process?

Does anyone know the average time for the rental approval process here once it goes to the board?

After submitting an application it should take this long:

Rental Building: 1-14 days
Condo Building: 7-30 days
Co-op Building: 30-90 days + board interview (sometimes)

It obviously varies on the building and when you submit your application and if an actual board reviews it... but those numbers above should give you a pretty good rough estimate.
