I guess anyone who bought thinking the worst is over in the past 2 years, and the millions of foreclosed losers and the about to be foreclosed upon...... Basically anyone who needs to call into suzie orman to figure out if they can afford a $500 homeshopping network trinket.

Actually, the suckers are the ones who are paying rent or their mortgage. Millions have stopped paying the mortgage 2 years ago, and are living for free. Who's laughing now?
