Verberardt, what's your point here? That this developer is a Bad and Disorderly Man?

We're all waiting with bated breath for you to connect the dots between attempted petit larceny and the plotting of 9/11 part duex.

Right, he was not convicted of half the petty crimes you list.

By the way, that looks like the arrests for about 500-600 frat guys I went to school with, including about half my own house. Now quite a few are respectable republicans.

I think disorderly conduct between 17 and 25 years old is a badge of honor.

The developer is after a profit. That's how we know he's American. Who knows if he cares about the religious aspect of the mosque or about the community. And that's why he'd need to be bought off if they wanted to move this elsewhere.

By the way, I saw that the article says most of the list above are guilty pleas. I don't think people in NYC get arrested for disorderly conduct, rather that is just a manufactured lesser charge so that someone doesn't have to plea guilty for an actual crime (misdemeanor or felony) if that is the agreement with the DA.

I doubt he is devoutly religious, but he could be and also a terribly uncouth person by nature. Extra chromosone, severe ADHD, borderline personality, whatever. None of this has any bearing on the mosque question.

Now owing back taxes might be a bigger problem:

However, as it IS another newscorp-owned outlet, I will take it with a grain of salt for now.

I'm sure if you looked into the backgrounds of many developers they would have "problems".

Disorderly conduct and tax issues, this guy is starting to sound more "American" by the minute. Remind me again, are we electing him for something or trying to connect the dots that he's the 21st hijacker?

If this is true, he sounds a little shady, don't you think? I don't think I would want to do business with him.
