Anyone been to see these recently? I went to the open house over the weekend and was pretty disappointed in the quality. (floors, cabinent installation, etc). But the overall space and location is great and the rooftop view was spectacular. They said half the apartments are in contract, but I wonder how/if those people got financing. Anyone in contract care to comment?

I know there have been several illegal house parties there this summer.

I thought the layouts and utilization of space was even worse than the quality... I think they did a terrible job with the building and it could have been quite nice.
