Discussion about 318 West 100th Street in Upper West Side
In the interests of full disclosure, I should say that I have served on the board for the last year and a half. The board is active and involved since there are six board members and 31 units in the building. The condo recently replaced the building's elevator, including the motor and electronics. The project finished on time and within budget. I joined the board after living in the building for three years. We have been very happy hear.
Sorry...happy here!
Sounds great. entrance area doesn't look as nice as neighboring buildings but maybe the the interior makes up for it?
There is a plan that will be implemented in the coming months to paint the interior of the building. I actually think that the entrance way is quite appealing: marble and the curved staircase. Obviously, it's individual taste. We moved out of the building, today in fact, because we have expanded our family. We still own our apartment. We are holding an open house for rental purposes this Sunday, October 3. Shoot me an email at diamoco@gmail.com if you want to discuss. We would also be interested in selling at the right price, but not through a broker.
Congrats on the new addition to the family.
I agree about the entrance just inside the doors. I was more talking about the lights outside the doors and the outside doors themselves. Sounds like a well managed building. Painting the interior and anything that can be done to brighten up the interior makes a difference in any building.
I may come by your open house if I am in the neighborhood this Sunday.
I actually love this building. I thin teh plan to paint and repair the interior halls will make it that much better.
Love the new paint job
