...and the entry way gives you a view right across to the toilet? ugh, ugh, and ugh.
...Nice to have 'beautifully restored doors and window and door frames, but really.... I lived there. we 'restrored our frames....... there's nothing unusual about them - or the wood.
you have to go through the kitchen to get to a bedroom?! We called that a maid's room. and it has a glass door? who wants someone looking into their bedroom?
a pantry 7' deep, 4' wide in the middle of nowhere? 3 tiny closets.
I mean why don't these brokers get real with their descriptions - and photos - at least have the number of photos match the number of rooms (i.e. there are photos of 3 bedrooms .... all cramped - not the stated 2)
Also, I don't see any oak paneling. Looks like some heavy, dark mahogany armoires or wainscoting in some other apartment .......
Real photography and descriptions are SOOOOO IMPORTANT. Why is there no decent photo of that huge living space .... as well as the dining alcove?
And why on earth hasn't this apt. been staged to at least eliminate the clutter .... A faux fireplace against some dark wood wall loaded and/or surrounded by brick-a-brac with an ugly wood rocker, with junk laying on it crammed next/slighly behind (?) a crib loaded with baby stuff handing off it - toys/clutter IN the fireplace........and the bathroom .... a picture with a plastic see thru shower curtain? Medicine cabinet/mirror about 3' above the sink, wood something on wall next to sink, clutter in windowsill, on sink .....and how many different tile styles sizes are there?
Sorry - I was going to go to this open house but comparing pix to floor plan I thought I'd lose my mind trying to sort out what was what..........and couldn't believe the weird spaces.
"presentation is 95% of the job" [assumes that if one puts that much effort into presenting, quality of product will match - generally true]
